This Page is titled "Food" instead of "recipes" for a reason. We're all hungry, aren't we? While it can be fun to spend all the time in the world preparing a recipe when you don't have any food restrictions (and can therefore stuff your face with pre-packaged, ready-to-eat food while you're cooking cuz let's face it, it's taking too long!) gets old when you have to cook every single meal and snack. Wouldn't you much rather know what you can eat, or prepare in advance to be eaten in hurry later on? You can add herbs and spices later, when your blood sugar isn't so low and you can think clearly to remember where the herbs and spices are.
I do plan to post some involved "recipe" type things, but the end result will be something you can store in your fridge or pantry and eat at a moment's notice. I promise.
